Poor customer service. Front desk is unapproachable.kennedy branch.

Even if you are on schedule, you will always have to wait atleast 15 minutes every appt. but try to be late for 5 minutes, they will put someone else first and make you wait another hour! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

This dental office is great! The environment is clean, inviting, and quiet. The staff take great care in their work, everyone there is so friendly! If you've got younger children the waiting area has lots of toys to keep them busy! I highly recommend this dental office!

I love how friendly the staff is. My kids love it! They have a quiet place to play and watch TV while they wait. Also they love the sugar free lollipops!

Its very hard to get the reimbursement from them , they asked me to pay and then they claimed to my insurance, and the insurance informed me that they already processed the claim on May 5 and they paid the dental clinic on May 13,2016 , but its more than 3 weeks now I didn't get my money, almost everyday I called the dental clinic , the secretary always told me that no payment yet , I just wondering every time I claimed with my insurance to other clinic it was take only 24 to 48 hours..
