Had the worst customer service. I bought a fridge from them, but needed one with the handle on the right side. They told me at the time that because it is uncommon to have the handle placed on the right, I will have to wait 10 days for a custom order. Finally delivered 3 weeks later, and the handle was on the wrong side still! Called them and manager Sandy said that once its signed for, they cant take it back. And tried to explain that receipt says handle on right means door opens to the right!
