The product was fine but I was promised that I would be called ahead 30 minutes before delivery - they did not call and which created a real problem as it was being delivered to a retirement home - ended up having to set up the bed ourselves Very disappointed with Randy's attitude. They did not seem to care as they had a busy delivery schedule I had talked with Randy at 3 different times - assured me no problem the delivery men to call ahead

Ordered parts for a 24 year old BBQ I purchased from W.L. Peters. Randy found new replacement Stainless Steel Burners. You get what you pay for, 1994 BBQ with new burners will last me another 20 years.
