Dial A Bottle Beer & Liquor Delivery

Lazy don't want to do they're job, say items are unavailable when beer and liquor stores both say other wise, very disappointed in the service.

Ordered half hour before they closed..... called to check on order and was told they were closed and the operator actually told me yeah you are not getting your order!!! Just get it your self or ask your friends.... bad business!!

Good service, usually arrives within an hour. Im not sure why they advertise that they accept debit/credit card, every city Ive used them in only accepts cash. The $12 delivery charge is a bit steep, you can find other similar services with cheaper delivery charges. Still, all in all, a reliable company. The deliverers are always very polite. The people on the phone however, speak to you like theyre working the absolute worst job they can imagine.

I called on New Years Eve Day and received my delivery in less than an hour, from a very friendly lady. Very impressive!! Thank you! Great service! Happy New Year!

Sent 3.5 weeks ago and STILL NO ANSWER!!! Hi Montreal & Toronto Supervisors, I'm very upset considering I've been doing business with you guys for 5+ years. Might take 30-40 minutes extra on a cold day but service is awesome.
