Poor selection of upgrades
We spent nearly $100,000 on upgrades through mason homes, fortunately we got $40,000 back because they couldn't deliver the kitchen they sold us. They didn't have all their upgrade options available at the time we were doing out upgrades. We discovered this when the Mason Representative went to another private room to bring us a few samples that matched some of the other items we picked. Horrible process. After sales process and customer service is absolutely terrible.
