Customer service at this establishment is HORRIFIC. In dealing with 2 different employees, even the second was a terrible experience. After he realized he was not going to make a commission off us he just completely stopped responding to emails (our only form of communication) all together. I also had our taxes done by one of them (his wife had a business but I thought it was run through IG- I had no idea it was not). He continued to ignore me after a half dozen emails looking for answers.
