I went for a haircut and style and asked for tiered the side of my hair and it still long and my bang too. I will need to go for a modification The hairdresser told me she can't do it without telling me why...

I just wanted my roots done and a quick dusting. The price was $200. That was bad enough but the service was worse. The receptionist was too incompetent to leave enough time for my hair stylist to adequately complete my service so she blamed me for not informing her on the phone that I needed both toner and color (as if I was supposed to know that). They also lost my record from the last time I visited (only 3 months ago). I will not be going back to this salon.

I have been going to Westboro Salon and Spa for many years. Jessica M is a fantastic stylist especially since I'm the type of client who constantly changes my look and I'm always satisfied with the result. Natalie G is a constant professional and you can tell she loves what she does. She is wonderful with taking the time to understand and help me with my skincare needs! Great staff and great service!
