    by far one of my ...

    by far one of my worst experiences, thats the last time i choose to go with ups they missed my delivery date rescheduled for the next business day and never showed up. The next day they promised me a call back and never bothered to call. i had to call the three times to find out where my package was.

    The worst possible center

    All along the way from US to Ottawa, all UPS centers where the package stopped in transit enter their information on-line to track it and in time. Only this center received it overnight at 4 am and only by 11:03 am they updated the scanning. My package showed no updates online for 27 H!!!!!! from Concordia ON to Ottawa ON. More than this it missed the local delivery truck and now is re-scheduled for 3 days later (being weekend time). Now I have to take another day time off from work as far as the delivery is very heavy and needs to be delivered at my address. I informed already the sender TireRacks. Would have been faster and cheaper to drive south and take them from border.
