The lady instructor I got today was worst. I'm driving in Canada on G2 from 10 years as I moved from Ontario to BC and was given 5 years license. Then again I moved to Ontario from BC and was issued 5 years license. The speed limit was 50. I was at 55. I am wondering from that time since she said I haven't passed test according to ministry rules. No other mistake was there. She is getting on my nerves when I'm thinking of her every time. Without any major issues she failed me... ridiculous.

Had an examiner who yelled, barking orders, and talking down to me from the moment he stepped near my car. He was impulsive, mean, and hypercritical. I’m a clinical psychologist and Yoga instructor with many years of experienceand I don’t think this person should be treating fellow human beings this way.

Did my g test and had the absolute worst tester beside me. I somehow passed but she kept creating scenarios that were not the case, “if there was a car behind you, and that guy crossing had a cane, and this was 6 lanes you’d lose a point” like ok it’s 2 lanes, no car behind me, and hes walking fast. She reached over at my steering wheel to do god knows what like I’ve been driving for 10 years she made everything more dangerous and way more uncomfortable. She told me I can’t record. I wonder why

Terrible experience with a driving instructor failed me for the tiniest errors. Didnt stay to long after the test told me to get the printed evaluation. Couldnt even read it. Guess Im waiting 5 or 6 months again. Good job walkly?, you guys really should get better driving test instructors.

Very kind employees, efficient system. I went on a Friday at 2:30pm and got super lucky, there was somehow only two people in line so my friend and I took the test within 15 minutes of arriving.

Called the number to get more information regarding G1 and the untrained woman from the call centre for Walkley Rd, Ottawa couldn’t answer my question. Refused to transfer me and promptly hung up on me. WOW.

Terrible. That Indian tester is very unfair. I have heard about him from others. He will fail you over the tiniest thing. There is also another tester there who very is arrogant. The staff are terrible. Bad vibe in that place. Was happy to get out.

If I could give negative stars I would, this place is completely unprofessional. staff here should all be fired, they don't know how to do anything. I'm ashamed this kind of service is even possible in Ontario. Pathetic.

Bad experience, unprofessional and unethical business

I am very disappointing on how unprofessional and unhelpful of the drive test center. They told me that I can re-book my test as I have failed my test and then I re-book the test via online and they took my money and on the day of my re-test they rejected me and told me off that I can only re-schedule 10 days after my previous test. I was not given any alternative and the next available day is one month later which is ridiculous. They also told me to take the queue to re-book (waste time)

Very crowded and chaotic

Badly costumer services and agents on the call gives different information not good place to welcome customers. I hope to see improvement in the future
