Not responsive, don’t follow customer’s instructions, threaten to cancel insurance, no follow up on phone conversations, lack of timelines, must contact several times to get a call/email retuned - worst broker I have ever dealt with and have been insuring vehicles for over 50 years now.

Do not use AGI insurance. Their policies are extremely overpriced. I was quoted a renters insurance policy for a tiny apartment with the bare minimum insurance and they tried to charge me 800$ a year for coverage of property that would equal that of the deductible and the cost of the insurance rate. My current rate is 200$ a year for renters insurance not anywhere close to the 800$ they would expect you to pay. This company isn’t i retested in their customers only the agents profits
