Oro Septic assisted my son with a pump issue and septic back up. New pump installed, pumped and everything worked great. Professional and pricing was comparable with other companies.

Tim install a new pump today which was quite a relief. Came on time and price was fair. Over the past 30 years I have only used this firm to pump out or inspect our septic. Originally it was Paul and now that he has retired Tim has taken over. Both have served me well.

My experience with was great! New house, first septic, had no clue what to look for-when to get it pumped, is it full? I called Oro Septic, he was here within 2 hours. Took his time to explain how to properly care for our septic system, how often to get it pumped and any other crazy questions I had. Needless to say, turned into a pleasant experience-other than the smell :) I will continue to recommend Tim to others in the area and will continue to call on him when I'm getting too full

poor service no return phone calls!

We had a septic emergency and our tank overflowed, sewage and water backed into the house fixtures on a Sunday. We saw this company has emergency service listed so we called the 1st number in the printed yellow pages book. No one answered so we left a message about our emergency. No return call after 1.75 hours, so we called the second number listed and a lady answered. She said hold on I'll get Tim, then right away said Tim was busy and he'll call you back, what's your number. I explained to her it was an emergency and also expressed I had previously left a message almost 2 hours prior. It is 24 hours later and NO one called back. This is also false advertising, but explicitly displays the extreme poor customer service this company portrays.
