We bought our 2013 Bayliner in March and was delivered to our cottage in May 10, 2022. We would like to thank our beautiful and nice sales person, Kayla for her excellent service and also to the nice & kind deliveryman Dennis. We are enjoying our boat and hoping to have many more years of fun with it. I personally recommend Marine Plaza to prospect boat buyers.
Wonderful people until your check is cashed. After that point they do not respond to messages left on answering machine or if you do get through they do not bother to get back to you with answers as promised.
Recently bought an Yamaha outboard motor from Marine Plaza and will say without hesitation that I found the staff I dealt with knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Response time to any of my inquiries was excellent. My purchased items and price were as agreed to and delivered to me in a professional, fully explained manner (from the appropriate covid-induced distance). I would definitely recommend Marine Plaza and its staff.

a day ago I wouldn't trust this business. Went there to buy an aluminum boat and found the boat we wanted and then when we went to purchase it they informed us the price tag they put on the boat was wrong and wouldn't honour the price. I was very disappointed.
Purchasing the boat from Marine Plaza was a nice experience. 30 day warranty on powertrain given on the boat. Shortly after, problems with the shifter. Boat was picked up and so-called repaired. Three weeks after warranty expired, more problems with shifter, water pump, thermostat and outdrive gear oil. Things that should have been addressed at time of purchase under warranty. They did not acknowledge my concerns saying it was past warranty. Very poor customer service. Do not buy a boat here.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are arrogant and do not care about their customers once they have their money. I have had nothing but trouble with my 07 Larson Bow rider due to mechanical failure caused by them or people they deal with. Take some advice and DO NOT buy a boat from this company!
Purchased a bow-rider from Marine Plaza in 2015. They offered a program where you have a full marine inspection and they will repair any damage found. The boat we purchased had a crack in the engine block. Marine Plaza stood by the program and provided a full overhaul and even offered the option of walking away from the deal. Have used the boat for 2 full seasons now and no issues. Overall we were pleased with the transaction.
At our time of purchase they were great but as soon as we realized are purchase was not as good as there sales tactics I contacted them for some assistance and her response was to bad so sad !
Unbelievably arrogant, no interest in negotiation or offering a fair deal. Their only objective is to walk away with your cash. I have never paid the advertised price for anything in my life but their expectation is you will. I offered $300 less than his advertised asking price of $8900 vs ($8600 offered) for an 09 Mirrorcraft, with a 20+ year old Yamaha motor and a poorly painted 20 year old trailer, that had no doubt seen better days and I was turned away, nice work if you can get it.

Dear user Marclo, in response to your interest in the Mirrocraft available on our sales lot; We do our utmost best to provide customers with quality boats. However not all boats are created equal. Some have their cosmetic flaws. We also try to price all our boats fair to the market value. For a "deal below advertised" the private market may be better equipped. Although purchasing this way comes with its risk. If you felt an arrogance in our denial of your offer, this is not our intent. If you wish to continue this dialogue I would gladly receive a phone call or email from you.
I normally don't take the time to write a review, but after having very poor service over the years regarding the boating industry, it seems to be a rare find to have a company offer fair pricing and excellent service. Marine Plaza, is a well organized, low pressured environment with capable staff. They are cordial, and offered services and recommendations without pressure.
Marine Plaza is your boat store and more! They offer sales, service, brokerage, repairs, fiberglass and gelcoat repair, sell trailers, pontoon boats, new and used boats, accessories, Suzuki and Mercury Outboards. Friendly and approachable staff, and always knowledgeable answers. A good place for the right answers, and some marine guidance. Their prices aren't bad either! They beat the box store on lots of stuff,
