Not happy at all. The kids who work at Rens Oakville are very lazy. I spend a lot of money there, and now I am going to another pet store because I can’t get my order same day. Even when I could go into the store, you have to tell the staff to open another register. Really bad customer service. I wonder if the owner knows ... I have had it.
