    What an awful del...

    What an awful delivery service, very rude people who will keep telling you it's on its way just too not show up instead of saying we are too busy we have people paying more money atm, they're bullys and these aren't the people you want your food or business too be trusted with, because they're greedy , they are slow, and they'll keep you waiting all night , go with big boy, go with anyone but these people they're awful at what they do .

    great service tha...

    great service that quickly dimished. I waited over 30 minutes for a driver more than once and when I called the dispatcher to inquire, they told me they would cancel the delivery for me. I did not ASK to have the delivery cancelled and feel I was mistreated and put on low priority either because I'm a new business or because I am a small independent business. I was dismissed without care or explanation as is the going rate for customer service at northern.
