Inflexible policies
School charged us a $50 deposit to reserve a spot. But as per its online policy it wanted another $15 for "administrating" a change of time slot, this request was done 5 months before the start of the session. I paid $25 to withdraw as I am not comfortable with businesses who penalize their existing customers for making changes well in advance with limited to no impact to their operations. Policy is inflexible and not customer centric.
