Furnace was never serviced after making an appointment. Worker was more concerned about replacing the oil tank. He left without servicing the furnace. We complained to reception and the worker many times about this and was given excuse after excuse. Overall, bad communication and a very unpleasant company to deal with. They certainly like to waste your time. We've moved on to a competitor.

Do NOT purchase a gas heating system from this company. Do NOT call them for repairs. The repair people ignored agreed-upon deadlines, ignored my calls, and lied to me to cover up their poor workmanship, claiming the system was supposed to work that way. They are dishonest and unprofessional.

I called for a delivery on a Monday morning it is now Sunday and still haven’t received any oil and if you call after hours there’s no one to help you their service really sucks
