LOVE LOVE LOVED IT !

We loved it ! Didn't have a reservation and got a table really fast. Great service, really friendly and attentive. All of the "gaucho's" as they call them are HOT MEN, GREAT EYE CANDY !!!!! They bring the meat to your table. The food was amazing.... the different meats are cooked wonderfully and the salad bar has great seafood. Good wine list, not overly expensive. If I had to say one bad thing about it, it was the $4.00 sodas. That's crazy, but I drank wine anyways. They had a wicked Brazilian martial art demo during dinner that was really cool. Decor was really nice, patio is amazing. Over all I loved it and will make special trips from Toronto just to eat there and have a good time.

3 word: It sucked bigtime! Made reservation, had to wait 45 minutes! Finally got in with the four of us and they only had two person table. They went to get another table that we all wiggly. Not nice at all! It is not worth the money.

amazing , amazing , amazing!

Me and my family had visited niagara falls many times, and always wished to eat at the resturnant. We had made reservations and went in. The resturant is very nicely decorated inside along with the patio. The food was great! & the meat bringers were nothing but ontop of everything we wanted! The only thing we had noticed, was the confusion some of the front desk ladies had when having to make some of the tables, it created a big of chaos and distracted you from the meal. OTher then that, the resturant is great & i will be recommanding it to everyone! Good job copacabana !!!

It depends...

I am a local and have been a few times, twice with another couple, once with a group. My first experience was fantastic, subsequent visits not so much. Maybe this is one of those "one time only" things. Servers were always great. Found out you can order no meat, just side buffet which is much more affordable. Includes starches, veg and seafood. Last time we went, their back parking lot had a parking meter which cost $10. Don't know if this is even legal...private property, not city parking. Would they be able to give you a ticket or tow you away? Or are they just hoping you are sappy enough to "volunteer" them another ten bucks. They do have beautiful bathrooms and a great patio. Not planning definitely to go again but I might if the mood strikes me.

Horrible People, bad Buisness

We went for a late lunch, so because of that they did not serve us all the hot items from the buffet. The waitress explained to us how the buffet worked, but never told us the price, and there were no menus or signs that said the price. We assumed it would be in the high 20's for each person. 2 people on our table ordered soda, and the other 2 water and the Waitress rarely came around to fill our glasses with water. When we asked if the 2 people who ordered soda were going to get refills she said there were no free refills. That would have been okay if she would have at least given them some glasses of water to drink when the soda was gone. After we were done eating we waited 38 minutes for our check (we kept track of time) but she never came, we had to ask her for it. Then it took her forever to bring it back for me to sign. When the check came the total before tax was 120.00, which made each, lunch 30 dollars. We found out later that for only 4 dollars more we could have had dinner and a full menu. Oh, and sodas were 4 dollars a glass! If the owner of the store is reading this please take note you don't have to stiff your customers with outrageous prices on soda and then on top of it not give out free refills (that cost you about 10 cents a glass) when you charge 30 dollars a meal. To top it off after we went into the car and checked my account balance over the phone, it turned out that they charged my account twice, once for half the price of the meal, and another time for the full price of the meal. When I went back to dispute it I asked for a manger, but once I told him what happened, he told me to take to the cashier. The cashier thought I had given 2 credit cards (I gave My ID with my card because the purchase we so expensive) Once she noticed that she only had one card, she post voided the transaction, and then charged my account again in full. Since I paid with a bank debit card, the voided charge came out of my account anyway, and caused me to have an overdraft in my bank account. She didn't want to hear it and she kept yelling at me and telling me that it was a "verification" of funds and that it would be deleted from my account after 7-10 business days. I left the restaurant frustrated and told my fiancé the story. He came back into the restaurant with me, and asked to speak with the manager, and he explained to the manager what I was trying to explain to their cashier. Instantly the manager gave him his card, and fax number and said that if we get an overdraft charge from the bank to fax in a letter and they will reimburse us for the overdraft charge. That was pretty much all I wanted from the casher, but she was not willing to help me, and I guess the manager didn't want to help me when I first asked for him. Overall, the food is great, the price should be adjusted slightly on a few things, and the service was horrible.
