My usual pho place is closed for the month, so we tried Pho Maxim, and I liked it better than my usual. The broth is absolutely delicious--not overpowering or fishy, a perfect complement to the sprouts and meat. The spring rolls are very crunchy and flavourful. We will definitely visit again.
My only complaint is the size of the noodles--I like the thinner, round rice noodles and these are thicker and flat. I usually take pho home and eat it the next day, but the leftovers from here are just not tasty.

Pho is excellent with all kinds of seafood such as shrimp, mussel, cuttle fish. Pho is garnished with fresh basil, bean sprout, lime, and chili pepper, which add more favour to the bowl of pho. The spring roll are very crispy and tasty on a bed of lettuce and sweet pickled carot and turnip. Beside good foods, Pho Maxim has good service: waiters and waitresses are friendly, smiling and knowledgeable.

The best soup in town. The only drawback was the waiter with the hair growing out of his mole. Not something you wanna look at while your eating your food.
Food was a lot better (and bigger) when the restaurant first opened. Now the quality and quantity have diminished. I have a friend who works in the area and refuses to go there. It's not terrible..I like the variety that they have..just saying it was a lot better before.
Only reason I will go back is because of the location.
