They were able to get rid of the weed problem I had in my front lawn. I have tried many products to manage it myself, but had no succcess. I am very pleased with the way my lawn looked last summer using this company. Technician Wayde was professional and helpful.
I’ve been with Weed A Way for five years now and I would never go to a different company. They are honest, reliable and do a fantastic job. My lawn is the nicest one on the street-if I do say so myself. Highly recommended.

Had a technician named David come out on the first visit this year he said he would be my tech for the season as well he said the lawn is in rough shape at the moment, but I will see improvement after each visit. the season is done now and im very happy with the outcome of my lawn its about 75% better, so I am going to go with Weed Away for the 2017 lawn care season!
We are very happy with the service from this company and the worker who visited my house to do the services through out the summer was very nice! He explained things to me about cutting and watering the grass that I liked because it was apparently being cut too short before well my husband was. Good company:)
Happy with the results of my grass this year as well my daughter moved out, and I have had Weed Away look after her new home as well. The customer service is really good I told them I was ordering the services for a Christmas present for my daughter next year and they offered me 20% off and the gentleman named Sean said merry Christmas!
i am very pleased with the lawn care service I have been provided with from Weed Away. I started early in the spring and my lawn was average, but now that the season has been completed my lawn looks great. I have signed up with them again for the 2017 lawn care season already and have added a couple other things to my program I need the best lawn on the street...my neighbour is retired and spends everyday out on his lawn and he asked me who I was using for my grass. I told him its a secret lol
Their service was adequate, but when I decided to discontinue, I was literally plagued with calls to continue their service - at least 10 calls and counting - even though I asked them to remove my name from their list. I wouldn't use them again because of this.

I am very sorry to hear about this. I have made some major changes with the staff to make sure that this does not happen again. If you could kindly give me a call at the office 905-858-3100 I would like to speak to you about this matter.
Found these people to have very poor customer service. I would book things to be done and know one would show up to do the applications. When I called they would not give me a date the applications would be done. They would gladly take the money but then not even give any idea of when you would receive their service. They were also full of excuses, "it's too hot", "there's too much rain". !!! Will be looking for a new lawn maintenance company !

I hope that you will find that with the changes I have made I have great faith in my customer service team. In regards to the applications and what day they would be applied, certain applications are time sensitive. Weather does play a large factor with our business and when an application can be applied. I'm sorry that you had feel these reasons are excuses but they are not. We would not want you to waste your money and have us to do the applications when it is not a good time for them to be done.
