i went to do Acrylic with air brush and my daughter shoulak with ring fingers design ,,nails was good however it took them 4 hours to finish us ,, very few people working and what really was not acceptable for me is the charges ,, they are really expensive compare to the 5 stores on the same line ,, charged me 15$ extra for air brush and my daughter 10$ extra for ring finger design ,, eyebrows and waxing really expensive as well than any other place, expensive & not enough stuff ,,

I have been going to them a total of 19 plus years. They treat me and my kids like family. Great customer service clean place and sanatary. Top natch quality work. It's a family owned business. I go to them for eye brow waxing, bio gel and shellac nails and pedicures. They are the only salon I know that removes my ingrown nails. My nails last me 5 plus weeks and Vicky is amazing at shaping my eye brows. There is usually a wait because they are great at what they Do, so well worth it.

I am a mom of three who travels everwhere with my boys and love to do it. On my last visit to Vicki's after I paid for my eyebrows Vicki told me I am never allowed to bring them back in her salon because they are too loud. I was honestly crushed embarrassed as she said it in front of all tje clients. I can't believe her nerve to think that there would ever be a next time. I believe tangible quality is just as important as how you treat your customers & she was so cold I will never go back

Nails were good except for the fact only one person was working the whole 4 hours I was there...... Waxed upper lip and got a ringworm the next morning....unsanitary and overall not great
