If I could leave a NEGATIVE start rating for this company I would. For anyone considering any sort of purchase from this SHAM of a store....DONT. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable furniture dealer. This company sells GARBAGE furniture and employs DISHONEST salespeople who say anything to make a quick buck. No one answers the phone, the voice mailbox is always full (with complaints Im sure), no one returns calls and no one responds to emails.

This place offers terrible service. I received help from Sunny, and I was lied to numerous times. I do not recommend this place at all. My issue is still unresolved, and I have given up after a YEAR of trying to get resolution. They forgot my case several times and I had to keep re-explaining who I was and what my problem was. They lied to me and told me my replacement parts would be shipped to me.

The absolutely worse service I have ever received. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Furniture was missing, didn’t show up for scheduled delivery TWICE without any phone call or notice, and then tried to refuse my refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORSE STORE EVER!!!!
Worst people ever. Cheats, liars and bad mannered. After waiting for 3 weeks to get our furniture delivered, when my wife and parents went to their shop to check why a wrong sized mattress had been sent, Sunny the salesman started badmouthing them. When I called the same day, I was meted the same treatment. Avoid getting anything from here.
Worst people to deal with. I bought a sofa in October 2016 with a 1 year warranty. In June 2017, I connected with vanaik furniture and informed them that the sofa was ripped. As it was in warranty vanaik furniture couldn't say no to me and emailed me and informed that sofa will be delivered in three weeks, since then they are promising that sofa will be delivered however it never came. Today is Nov 09 2017 however I never received sofa. I am dealing with lady called NAV.
I recently bought a dining table set with the expectation that it HAD to be delivered on a particular day. However, on the promised day of delivery they told me that the glass table top was broken and it was their LAST piece in stock, so I rushed and bought a dining table from a different store. AFTER I had bought one, the store tells me that they had another one in stock and they've sent it out for delivery?! How can you send something out for delivery without confirming with the customer first
Go for it you will get the best price for branded furnitures no hidden costs very transparent dealing i bought bedroom set as well as sofa set everything was as per commited and delivery was also done within time frame excellent service.
The service was awful. They kept on saying that the furniture would be delivered today, then tomorrow and the next day. One of the items was delivered, the other never came. Finally, I had to cancel the order and got the money back. They readily agreed as I believe the item was not even there. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Vanaik Furniture. Trust and commitment is very important in any business; and this is not available here.

My wife and I bought a sofa from RA Vanaik in October. We spent an hour and a half looking at GREY sofas. The sales guy showed us one we liked (in beige) that he said is available in grey. We said "great, we'll take it in GREY. Well, when the sofa arrived it was GREEN. I told the delivery guys to take it back, and they refused. RA Vanaik refuses to exchange it for the right one. DO NOT BUY HERE!!
Contemporary furniture stuff I love when i enetered the store... I bought my Ashley bed set and received it in a time frame as promised . Awesome service and Garbage was picked up by delivery guys. Very helpful staff.

If you want the quality product Vanaik furniture is the right place to shop. They deliver the stuff nicely and on said timings. We bought a bedroom set and got a very good deal. We also got free delivery. Overall we had good experience with Vanaik Furniture Missisuaga.
