Do not recommend this store. Told my stove would be in approx 10-14 days. After 18 days and no communication from the store we started visiting the store, calling and emailing to get answers. Finally after 6 weeks the stove was delivered. They need to learn to communicate with their clients. Very disappointed in this store. Will not return to this store.

Worst customer se...

Worst customer service considering I spent $12000.00 on appliances. Bought a Dacor Stove that malfunctioned from the start and had to chase down the manufacture myself to get any satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend this store and will certainly never set foot in there again.

Purchased an ice ...

Purchased an ice machine for a sub zero for over $500 and it only worked for 6 months. I was told the manufacturer only offers a 90 day warranty. I had been a customer for over 15 years and they did nothing to help. Never again.
