I would give negative stars if I could. Extremely rude, unprofessional, not proper practice, does not explain anything - tells you 'its good enough' even if you cannot see clearly. Argues with customer and patient. Surprised that she is a doctor.

2nd day of getting my 8 years old daughters glasses I noticed the lens is not fixed .. went back and they said it is okay nothing wrong with it but will keep a note in the system just in case something happened in the future ..one week later the lens fell of the frame and got chipped went back to them .. she said I cant do anything about it.. One star is away too much for them.
