Avenue Salon and Spa

Overall an amazing salon! I've been going repeatedly for just over a year and have only good things to say. All staff are very friendly, and overall it's a very clean salon. I'm always happy with my hair cut and will continue to go to this salon. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great salon/spa!

Don't go to Rob for color. I went to get ombre and then went back again 3 days later to get it fixed. He did such a sloppy job I'm going to go elsewhere to have them fix again what he didn't.

I wouldn't let anyone else do my hair other than Frank at this salon. Been going to him for about 10 years. I moved house and still travel over 300km round trip to get my hair done here. I find the staff very welcoming and I always get offered a Tea or Coffee. Never feel rushed, always takes his time.

Disappointed!

Short/quick review to give you the gist of it: -Haircut/Styling: Sub-par. For the services and quality of the cut they offer, there are much better options available. Mississauga has a plethora of salons and this one has done nothing special. They were too focussed on getting me out of the chair as quickly as possible rather than taking the time to give me my money's worth. -Customer Service: Again, nothing to cry home about. I went there because of a recommendation and have had disastrous experiences. Heck, at one point the owner himself called me back in to fix a mess his colleague had made, and then proceeded to charge me for the fix-up! Well played, gents. -Location/Hygiene: Good location, decently clean - but this isn't a spa so I wonder why they've titled it so. Nonetheless, convenient if your in the area, but you've been warned!
