While waiting for my car I talked to Wayne in sales. I told him I was interested in trading in my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. He told me the value was $16000-18000 and Hyundai are not a Toyota. He also was quick to add I shouldnt have went with the Turbo. After this very short conversation I felt stupid and insulted. I also dont think it is his place bad mouth other makes and models. I love my Toyota but I have to say this experience has changed my opinion about this place.
We purchased a used vechile from Midland Toyota and received top notch customer service. They quickly addressed any questions that arises and our vechiles looked brand new. We have bought numerous used vechiles over the years and by far this is the best service we have ever had. Thank you Midland Toyota!
Service manager did not know warranty related item with my vehicle. Also when I described it to him and asked for help he mentioned the fact that I do not take it there for service and was of little help.
