I came to Hollywoof as my dog had a terrible experience at a local groomer. Grace was an angel with my dog and he had no issues being there or being groomed when the other location made it seem like he was a terror. She clearly understands dogs and takes her time. I would highly recommend!

Don't ever bring your pet here.I sent my dog for grooming she came back with a huge cut in her ear. I called them several times and left voicemails. No one ever returned my call. Almost 2 weeks and they finally answered the guy on the phone was rude and accused me of lying and said why didn't I call , even though I left voicemails and called during operating hours. They could have at least told me about the cut but we're rude instead. My vet told me to stay away from there, got her checked.

Hollywoof staff are extremely professional and did an amazing job on my dog. I will continue to go to this location and refer my friends and family
