I have always enjoyed going here. Staffs and receiptionist have been very helpful to me. I strongly recommend this clinic for you guys.

First of all, if there was a negative ranking I’d have chosen that. Very first time going to the clinic, the receptionist asks to wait when I tried to check in, and while I am waiting she attends students from outside belonging to her own community to check-in. And after 20 mts I asked her and them she says you have to check in. Even after saying our insurance company has faxed all the info the lady denies says no fax had come. I do not believe the reviews for this clinic and Chinese lady. She is the most friendly staff in this clinic and she had a lot of experience.

If I could give this place no stars I would. They lack professional integrity. Was originally told I would have a family doctor through this practice - which turns out to not be the case as there is not a single doctor (as I was told by the practitioner) working here - it is only nurse practitioners. They have lost my results countless times and refuse to provide me with medication I need to function daily for no reason and wanted me to travel to their sister clinic across town for it??? Getreal

Worst Clinic in London

This clinic is the worst clinic in all of London. There is no professionalism at all. The nurse practitioner doesn't know how to do her job at all. She refuses many people prescriptions because she "doesn't know them". You're a walk in clinic. You're job isn't to get to know people but to provide a quick service. The only reason I even step foot into this place is to go to the pharmacy attached to it. I feel so bad for that Pharmacy because they have to be associated with such a terrible clinic.

The desk reception has no clue what they are doing 90% of the time. Been waiting about 3 weeks for blood results that take 8-10 days. When I called to ask if they the results, I was told they would call me back in a half hour. That was 2 days ago. Tried calling again to no avail today, turns out they don't even have an answering machine system of any kind in place. They don't call back, you can't leave a message, and it takes 3 times longer to get results than it should. 0.5 stars. God awful.

This is the most disorganized, inconsiderate and lazy clinic I have ever been to. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you have something that is time sensitive this is the last place you want to go.
