Gusto Pizza And Wings

Always unnecessary attitude from the lady but the pizza is always on point!!

Bought 2 pieces of Hawaiian pizza this afternoon pieces were very dry & 75% was dough not much toppings.

Some time ago I ordered a Caesar salad and got lettuce and Caesar dressing. I was disappointed and have avoided ordering it again as a result. The pizza is usually good though. Last night we ordered two small pizzas, and they put pineapple on one by mistake, forgot the jalapeños on the side and burned it to boot. I complained, and within 15 minutes a delicious order was sent out to correct all errors. Thanks very much. I considered not ordering from here again but im now still a customer.

I realize pizza shops get busy but called in an order waited 25 min to pick up and get there to only wait another 10min before someone spoke to me to find out they didnt even make my order and it would be another 20 min wait. I dont very often walk out of a business but when the service was terrbile at a place i normally order from makes me not want to eat there any more.

Ordered 2 pizzas ...

Ordered 2 pizzas & 2 lbs. of wings (1-BBQ 1-Honey Garlic). Order to arrive in 45-55 min., received in 30-35 min., great delivery time. Really great pizza, hot, tasty, lots of toppings. Wings were very good & hot - one minor thing about the wings I would have preferred them in sauce in 2 separate containers (1-Honey Garlic & 1-BBQ) instead of 1 container with wings & 2 individual sauces together. Great delivery time, super food & reasonable prices - will order again from this restaurant! :)

Horrible service!...

Horrible service!!! Pizza was late and very burnt called and was told by owner she doesnt have time to deal with it I spent 40 dollars in pizza and its all burnt horrible food horrible service should have read reviews before I ordered never would have !! If u actually want to eat ur dinner do not order from them

Upon discovering my wings and wedges were burned, I decided to make a phone call. The cook in the background said he didn't burn anything so I offered to text them the pictures I had taken. After that the person on the other end had the nerve to ask if I had ordered them to be "well done." They said the would have the manager phone me but that never happened. I do not recommend eating here EVER.

Awesome Pizza!

I've ordered twice from Gusto. Both times it took quite a while to get here but it's worth the wait. I would say about 45 minutes average. Honestly though, the pizza is amazing filled with toppings & cheese - they don't hold back. Give them a try, it's worth it!

Good food, Great Price, Bad service

The food and the prices for this restaurant are excellent and you really get a lot for your dollar but unfortunately the service is horrible. The first time I ordered my food showed up what must have been 45 minutes later then what they said and the credit card machine wasn't working. Now, to be fair, the driver gave me my food and told me he would be back tomorrow with a working machine and I give them a lot of credit for that but after waiting for so long just to be faced with this error it forces you to wonder at the professionalism of this place. The second time I ordered I asked the person who answered if the hot sauce was tobasco or a pepper extract and he told me he didn't know. Shouldn't this be something they should know? Sure, a person might not know if it is a jalapeno or habenero extract but they should know if it's tobasco or not. I just ordered BBQ. Honestly, I think with some time and experience this place will provide much better service, or course, their prices will probably go up as well.
