Great service! Can't wait to use your service again.

Booked several days in advance. Secured a fare rate which was not honoured at time of service causing significant financial hardship. Waited almost hour and half after agreed upon pick up time causing distress. Several calls ignored.

They have hidden fees that increase the ride price by 50%, which is only disclosed at the end of the trip. Dirty and old car with a very rude driver.

Ive been waiting 3 days now to hear back from them about my phone that I left in one of their cabs, 100/100 use literally any other service

They had a 10 hour notice to send a taxi and did nothing. They did not even call to say they could not provide one. They did not respond to my complaint on their web site. this was in no way a reliable service and I encourage people to avoid using Green Taxi.

Reserved a taxi online to pick me up at 3:30 pm 2 hours in advance. The taxi service didn't bother dispatching a driver to me until 3:40 pm, and claimed in the message informing me that it would take them 22 minutes to get to me! Put in a complaint ticket soon as I got home (3 days ago) - it's still "being processed". Terrible service in both regards.

Driver allowed my ancient golden retreaver to ride in his cab, even though I had forgotten to mention it to the dispatcher. He was most kind and compassionate.
