I booked my Cuba vacations many times with the CanPol Travel agency. They helped me to choose a hotel, and answered all of my millions of questions! The service is always excellent! I highly recommend them to everyone! Good job!

I wouldn't recommend this agent to anyone. Communication with her is difficult because she doesn't understand much, the I found a much lower price on a website (skyscanner and expedia). Wouldn't match or honour a price match. Worst travel agent ever, I WILL NOT use this business again, nor do I recommend this to anyone. BUYERS BEWARE, GO USE A REAL WEBSITE OR PROFESSIONAL AGENT

I've booked twice...

I've booked twice with this agent. Each time worse than the other. Recently I had booked a flight out, and unfortunately my grandfather passed away. "thats not my problem" she said, even lufhansa was sympathetic towards me and offered to change my tciket. All she had to do was call and tell them to change the ticket. Nope, shes too busy. I would recommend going with any other business, or better yet go direct via the flight, they at least value their customers and respect them.

worst travel experience ever

I fly 20-25 times per year, and I have to say buying a ticket from this place of business has been the worst thing that I've ever experienced. I had to change a day due to an extended meeting and her recommendation was to buy another ticket at $1900 for one day. Save yourself some trouble, and book through either anyone else, or save yourself some money and book through Expedia or directly via the airline. They AT LEAST treat their customers with respect. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
