I found that at Cache. Lawrence has exceeded my all my expectations by providing great advice and offering gorgeous designs for my engagement ring & wedding set. He spent countless hours helping us sort through every design decision from detail to detail. He even helped us restore and preserve the sentiment

I have a passion for jewellery and have been in many jewellery stores, Cache is absolutely one of my favourites!! Lawrence is wonderful and a wealth of knowledge. I could spend hours in Cache. Definitely a pleasurable place to shop.....can't stop thinking of that beautiful bracelet!!!!

if i could leave ZERO stars i would. This place is terrible, and the service is terrible. Much rather look for a different jeweller in Vaughan

I am the business...

I am the business owner of Cache Fine Jewellery in Kleinburg. This comment is in reference to the posting titled Bad Service.As a rule I do not deliver jewellery to our customers to their residences, I made an exception in this case as the customer had been in hospital and had suddenly lost her father. Unfortunately my store hours did not always coincide with the customers schedule. It took me an extra couple of weeks to complete the delivery of exactly what the customer had ordered.

Before I married ...

Before I married my beautiful wife, I went to Cache Jewellery in Kleinburg and I left the store with the confidence that my wife to be would love her engagement ring. It is a great store and the owner Lawrence is fair with his pricing and is fantastic at both designing and making jewellery! This guy knows his stuff!

I came into Cache...

I came into Cache Fine Jewellery about a month ago and I was given the most incredible customer service. On top of how well I was treated,the stores product is great. All the piece's are timeless and one of a kind. I don't think I've seen so many beautiful wedding bands, earrings and necklace's at a jewellery store before walking into Cache. I have also just got engaged and I will for sure be buying my customized wedding ring from Cache Fine Jewellery! I love this store!

Bad Service

Delivery of the item took forever! I live very far from the store, but when I happened to be on a trip to Kleinburg, Laurence (the owner) OFFERED to deliver the item to my home on the very first day that I ever committed to buy the item. Every time we set a day/time to meet up so that I could receive the item - he never showed up and didn't have the courtesy to let me know that he won't be able to make it. This pattern happened at least 3 TIMES IN A ROW. The only time he DID call me and said he was around to deliver was when WE DIDN'T SET UP THE DAY/TIME. I've finally received the item, but not without much agony, aggravation and having to constantly call and remind/ask Laurence that I'd like to receive the item that I paid for IN FULL in the beginning. Everything I've just mentioned here was just the tip of the ice-berg. I found his service to be very rude, unapologetic and that he'd lied to my face.
