Had a horrible interaction with the owner over a chicken wing with hairs. He insisted it was fine because "they eat it all the time in their home country" also tried to tell me that even after they pluck the hairs off the chicken wings the hair "grows while it cooks". The owner makes nothing bus excuses when an apology would have ended the situation. This wing was about to be fed to a small child. The owner refused to acknowledge any issue with this. This isn't the half of it.
