Going there for years to get my taxes done. They are excellent, clear concise and fast. Now they moved to new office which is great improvement from old set up. new owners have taken this place to next level

I was an existing client previous to the change in ownership in Sept 2017. The new owners did not complete my return by its due date. My calls went unanswered for three months. When I met with the staff three months after my filing deadline, the return was still not finished. While I was in the office staff members were searching for another clients lost financials. The staff member told me they were overwhelmed with the volumed of and unexperienced with completing personal returns as an excuse.

No one likes to go do their taxes. When I came into their office I was nervous and worried. Then I met Tracy. Tracy is very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. She helped me with my taxes even though I had a unique situation and did a great job. The fees were very reasonable and I am telling all my friends about this business!

Both Rob and his staff are rude and demeaning. As an accountant he can only perform the basics and gets angry and dismissive the minute his gap in knowledge is exposed

Fast service- gave advice and answered questions as situations arose throughout the year. Very knowledgeable staff.

They did not do the income tax accurately and lost the customer money. They would not refund the amount paid for tax return.
