Economy Lube

Went in for a simple oil change, the clown behind the counter started aggressively trying to upsell me on a transmission and coolant fluid change. Told me it absolutely had to be done. Turns out neither are recommended/needed at this point. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS

I have come to economy lube for the majority of my oil changes and they always go out of their way to ensure I am informed about my car and have everything I need to drive safe and prolong the life of my car. They go out of their way to accommodate my service needs and are truly an outstanding company. Their service is consistent across all stores I have been to and I am very happy to keep bringing my business back.

I liked the experience initially - friendly service - although I was charged an amount I wasn't expecting - $59.99 for an oil change - where the highest posted price was $39.99. The service was very fast - probably too fast in retrospect. Upon arriving at home - after the service - I saw the things on the invoice that they had checked off as completed - checking all the other fluids, etc.nMy washer fluid was empty - still. The folks at economy lube are very professional and helpful. I've never had an issue taking my car in for an oil change. They even helped me carry in my baby as I have a bad back.
