East Village Animal Hospital - Kitchener

Had appt to get my dog fixed but was told that they need two months after a heat to be safe. I was not told that when booked, as of August I would have rebooked. Now I have to wait till Jan 10/20 and she will probably be just finished her heat again....and have to rebook. Plus I drive from St. Andrews and Cedar to get there. Great opportunity, but backwards ways. Not happy and very frustrated. ?????

This is high end veterinary care at a low cost. The vets and staff are wonderful and thorough. My dig had emergency surgery here and in no time was back to her old self!
