A simple request turned into a very uncomfortable experience with the OWNER of the restaurant. Instead of being courteous and eager to resolve a simple problem, he sends not 1 but 2 waitresses to address a concern that he should have dealt with personally. He finally makes an appearance, and greets us with "What's going on? You're upsetting my staff!". We simply had undercooked potatoes, and wanted them crispier. He left the table without resolving anything at that!
