I'm not going to say this is a bad hair place but I am going to say that no matter how busy a business is, they should never turn away business. It just looks bad on them, I went to another busy salon the same day and got right it. If walk Ins aren't welcome you need to post this outside your business. Sorry but I am not booking anywhere 2 weeks in advance, you just ain't that good.
