Don’t bother going here unless you want to be treated like crap, have a hard time settling disputes, missing part of your order, being called after you paid and being told you got a really good deal and have to pay more....pay few dollars more and go to real store. Terrible business. Avoid.
This is the worst experience ever!! Lots of email and texts over the past four months to get my furniture. Finially got an email March 18 saying l should get my order in a couple of weeks. Two days ago l get an email asking if l am placing an order...l was shocked! It’s been two days of Jolanta telling me l never gave the ok. I have emails to back up my order was placed 12 weeks ago. I had to prove this to her and she still didn’t believe me. Spent the two days having to prove they were wrong.
Terrible experience. I bought a bedroom set in July and didn't hear from the sales team about delivery until September when I emailed them. When I received my furniture, 2 pieces were obviously damaged. They were replaced 3 times and all damaged. After asking for a refund, I was told I have to pay a 10% restocking fee as the pieces were "inspected by management". Terrible experience and I do not recommend to anyone.
