Lenaôs Nail Salon

I have been coming to Lena's for years but it has gone down hill and getting worse with every visit. I will not go back...they do not care about their clients. The owners (husband & wife) are rude and very unprofessional. They don't know how to run a business properly. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another salon to go to.

Decide to use my gift card I received for Christmas. First my pedicure, all my nails we cut onan angle and not properly cleaned. Manicure, during the manicure I informed the young lady 3 times I had nail polish on. She continued with the manicure. By the end of the manicure I still had my old clear nail polish on and my nails looked horrible. First time ever I didn’t tip and felt horrible. I work in the hospitality industry and always tip, I just couldn’t. I will never return.

Good friend of mine took her daughter and her friends to this nail salon and was such horrible customer service! Also on another occasion I got my nails done and they were poorly done!

I'd give it a 0 if o could. Horrible people

Owner is rude was screaming at me because she couldn't match polish for mani pedi made me pay and I didn't get polish they also only take cash on Sundays and still charge tax. Would never recommend this place

The prices were good, their shellac nails lasted a month with no chipping, the only issue I had was the technician told me to leave my hands under the UV light a bit too long and my nails bubbled a bit. Overall, it was a clean shop with friendly staff. I would go back.
