I was recently in the area and had car troubles, I asked the clerk at the Gas Station who I should call and they referred me to this garage. They had my vehicle fixed, running and back on the road in less then an hour for only $65. Amazing service and honest people. Thank You so very much.
I pulled in for a Coffee at Tims the other day and when I returned to my vehicle I noticed I had a flat. Looked around for a shop and found these guys. I went over for help and was well received by the staff. They helped bring my vehicle over and fix the tire straight away and got me up and running within 20mins. What an excellent first experience. I was referred by 2 colleagues at work the other day when my car wouldn't start after work. I called these guys up and they arranged to have my vehicle towed over. After checking my vehicle out for a short while they quickly determined it was a bad alternator and a simple cheap repair. Thanks guys I appreciate you guys taking great care of me. Pat
I parked my car in their parking lot for my passenger to use the washroom at A&W next door, as I was unfamiliar with the area and missed the entrance to the A&W parking lot. I would have stayed for max. 5 mins, but the owner quickly comes out and says, "Get off my property." Didn't even ask me what I was doing, or offer an explanation himself. Evidently the owner does not know what respect and politeness mean, which is disappointing for someone running a business involving customer service.
Hey there Alex Woo we appreciate the fact that you made a mistake of parking lot's, do understand however you parked in a handicapped parking spot with no tag displayed in your vehicle. Parking spots in front of our showroom are for VALUED Quality Lube & Tire / Auto Centre customers.
