Frank's Custom Auto Repair

I was referred to Frank by a close friend. I went to get a consult with Frank before bringing my car in for back breaks and rotator change. I was given a precise amount which was ideal and good at the time. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was informed I needed added parts and was not called to okay this, and was overcharged. I could not believe this happened so needless to say I will not be going back.
