Poor communication. Expected elderly homeowner to rush around at his beck & call w/out any advance warning of time-frame or job progress. Wrong stain colors bought w/out any consultation w/homeowner & w/out proper matching to old wood. No proper matching was ever done despite both woods--new floor boards & old floor boards--available to take away and try out stains for matching. Then complained about expense of wrong stains bought. Rushed & very rude. Berated elderly homeowner loudly in public.

Perfect results, good clean up and VERY friendly. Always accommodates changes and makes sure customer is more than satisfied.
