If you like waiting rooms then Dr. Spencer is the guy for you. He is freindly and I like the guy but due to the long waits I would rather try my luck at the emergency room. I have waited up to an hour even when I have an appointment. Never once have I got a call saying we are running late please show up a half hour later. It seems waiting is standard at this location. If you are seriously ill I would avoid this office.
