Free Gas Co Ltd

Scheduled installation for home heating in a new build. Twice I was left waiting all day in the cold without a call notifying me they wouldn't make it out. Service manager "never" available. Terrible management, terrible service. Found another company who has gained many new customers who are unhappy with Free Gas Company. Lucky for Chad & Aaron they are family, because they would never hold down a job elsewhere (lazy).

Have always had great service when using Free Gas Co. I live in Niagara Falls but always call Free Gas for any heating and air conditioning issues. Never had a problem with them and the workers were all very knowledgable and helpful.

Terrible service from office to delivery

Very misleading!!!! Beware you will have to pay for their rental equipment if anything happens to it. Office staff are rude they left us with a non working hot water heater and said they would be back in a week to see if it would work. We then received a bill for the entire cost of the water heater before they even came back to see if it was worworking. There was no talking to them.

Great on time service and helpful sales staff. Got me through a cold long winter. Highly recommend Free Gas Co.

Extremely cold winter this year.Went through the last 25 percent before Free gas showed. Over 5 days.I called to find out what day they are coming to find out my concerns fell on deft ears.Going to switch to a company that cares about good service.
