Poor customer service. I contacted support about a product not in stock, they told me it should be in stock soon. When the item came in stock I ordered it. However TVape did not ship my product in over a week. I contacted support to ask what was the problem, they said "the item is not in stock... we will not ship anything until you reply to this email" No store ive ever been to has sais something like that. Worst part is they ignored my 4 emails asking to cancel the item and decided to ship it L

Awful shipping. Every other online store Ive used during COVID has managed to get my orders to me in a reasonable amount of time. These guys will take forever and blame it on Canada Post. Shop elsewhere.
Purchased a Utillian 421. After just over a month of regular use I went to clean it. When I tried to pull the stem out of the mouthpiece the adhesive holding the glass to the metal let go. TVapes CS is super slow, and by the sounds of it theyre pointing at the part of their no hassle warranty that excludes glass to deny my claim, and merely gave me a link to replace the $10 part. I will definely take my buisness elsewhere to replace it, and for any future purchases.
i bought a focus vape tourist off the site and recieved it quickly and the product worked great initially but had a issue later but the company quickly helped to get a replacement shipped out quickly great customer service and speed.
This company, has some of the best customer service I have ever encountered, when I had a problem with my Zeus Smite charging, I simply contacted their customer service, and mailed them my device and had a new one back in 3 days,I found that to be amazing, and have others deal with this company
Very poor customer service . Long processing times . Company does not reply to e mails . I recommend anywhere else not worth the risk just for a free grinder . You can get price match from most other Canadian vape stores and they will respond and ship out your order faster. Tvape used to be good when they first opened but is now the worst .

Bought a V2 Pro and the loose leaf lid broke within a week. TVape would not replace the broken part but offered to sell me another whole loose leaf cartridge for the low price of full price. No thank you. I have noticed they recently started selling replacement lids, but that is still a lot more than necessary to replace a very breakable sub-$1 plastic bracket.

Purchased a vaporizer on May 29, 2015. I didn't immediately open the box since I have another vaporizer.On June 28, I tried to charge the vaporizer and was unable to do so. The vaporizer is defective. On June 29, contacted Toronto Vaporizer by email informing them of the problem. They are unwilling to honour warranty. They informed that they offer warranty for 30 days. After that, customer must contact manufacturer, directly. Time elapsed is 31 days so Toronto Vaporizer is unwilling to assist.

this experience was my first to do any kind of chatting, I usually prefer by phone, I had many questions but Claire initiated the chat by asking me me if she can help me, well she covered all the bases wonderfully and now I am very satisfied with her service, next time I have questions, I hope that it's Claire who I will chat with.
