I never in my life dealt with such lousy techs in my life , I brought my telelift in to see why I got a scraping noise when crane is turning and said I think it’s the berrings , they didn’t check issue just change berrings , didn’t even check to see if it had oil in gear box , gear box totally destroyed and when spoke to the owner Al , he states that his job was not to check issues causing scraping noise . I took to another place to fix and even they said wow bad service and customer service .
