This rating is not for the Doctor herself as it is for the office staff! Maybe Diane needs a new job, I've been a patient there for over 25 years today was the worst experience with poor professional conduct ever! No need ever to have such rude behavior with anyone in the world. Time to leave this office & move on, as their outgoing message says, no rude behavior tolerated, that goes for patients as well, we don't need to put up with it either! Unbelieveable, such a shame. Will NEVER go back!
