Nice One Nails

I went there to get two nails repaired because my usual place was too busy. They took me right away, were welcoming and did an excellent job. I'll go back.

I asked for one of the girls to do my nails. In 10mins she switched out with the male owner & left with all the female workers. Leaving me, a young woman, alone with 3 men who were VERY creepily staring at me. The man ended up giving me crooked nails & made me bleed & laughed when I asked him to fix things. They messed up a faded French tip 6 times so I said I wanted to pay & leave. Then, ALL 8 WORKERS (now returned) circled me, yelled at me & gripped my hands so I couldn't go. I left in tears.

Absolutely terrible experience I will never go back. The owner was very rude, very aggressive and did nothing but scream at his poor employees pretty much the whole time. The employees seem to very intimidated and made lots of mistakes. I just wanted to get out of there never go back. Very poorly ventilated also I had a bad headache from the fumes and the yelling. Health and labour board need to be notified about this horrible place. If you wanna relax don’t go there!!!

I would not recommend. Went there recently and has a horrible experience. The man who did my nails was very rude and I had several cuts and my nails were all bleeding which shouldn't have happened. Him and other staff members were fighting during the whole time. Definitely wasn't relaxing

Went there to get mine and my moms nails done, the guy was very rough made me bleed on almost every finger, had raw skin for almost 3 days on the corner of most my fingers from the filer. Very hard to understand and very rude towards both me and my mom and they turned out horrible. Would not recommend.

I could not believe how we were treated. Lady doing my nails was on the phone talking for the whole time I was getting my nails filled And they look very bad
