No work ethics

Overall rating of one star is generous. He showed up. A positive meeting, then two weeks waiting to hear back on a quote. Then replying to my query: that info he needs "finally" arrived. Will get quote ready. Three weeks later nothing. During this "wait", I'm so glad I got a real professional and the job was done in three days! Then....lo & behold, an email two weeks past this job done, saying: that "Mark Brown Construction can not provide a quote at this time." Really? What a joke. Don't wait around for jokers.
