Nightmare - never again
Product was delivered damaged and missing pieces. When we tried to sort the issue out their system was complicated and tough to navigate as a consumer. The sales rep was rude and simply passed the buck. We became so frustrated that we chose to return all of our merchandise rather than just the damaged product. The return process is not any simpler but we're much happier having the money in our pockets rather than paying full pop for inadequate products.
